WHAT ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

- Cowboy hats currently have shipping charges due to their size, and the size of box need to ship. We are working at having these available for free shipping in the near future!

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.

- All our products are shipped on demand (meaning we make them as our orders come in).

- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?

-Spend over $99 before taxes and you will qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

- We offer FREE SHIPPING on Hat Bands & Bold Brims to CANADA & the USA.

-FREE Promotional items do not qualify for free shipping.

-FREE SHIPPING does NOT apply to Cowboy Hats.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

-For all Free or Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 3 - 4 weeks delivery time.

-For all Priority Expedited Shipping orders customers should expect to receive their item(s) in 3 - 5 business days. (not available on some items).

-For all International Shipping, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do offer international shipping.

HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE….

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; WILDE CHILD has no control over these charges, nor can WILDE CHILD predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHY DON'T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the Canadian or US carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.

HOW IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING HANDLED?

These items are shipped in 1-3 days excluding weekends. They are sent tracked and expedited quickly to arrive in the time frame stated on the order checkout.
